Double Camera Strap

CameraSlinger "Dual Deluxe"

I often shoot with two camera bodies. I use a Nikon D40 with a Nikon 18-55mm lens, and a Nikon D40X with a Sigma 70-200mm attached.  It can be painful because the straps nearly choke me to death. Not to mention the weight that's dangling from my neck. I was listening to my favorite podcast, This Week In Photography(TWIP), when Steve Simon mentioned the CameraSlinger.

To say, "I could really use this", would be an understatement. I currently use the Tamrac Velocity 10X. The Velocity 10x - Pro Sling Pack is the largest version of Tamrac's popular sling packs. It holds one or two pro-sized DSLRs with lenses attached, additional lenses and a flash.  This is great, but it still takes a fair amount of time to switch between cameras.

The CameraSlinger website claims that the strap is ergonomically correct.  It takes the weight off the neck and back.  While I shoot motor sports, and carry my Velocity sling pack, my shoulders usually starting aching.  If the CameraSlinger works as advertised, then it could be a boon to event and wedding photographers.  It is a little pricey at $139(USD), but if it could reduce the pain in my shoulder by as little as 50%, then I would be happy.

I have a few other things on my wish list(portable flashes, Nikon 35/1.8, and a Sigma 10-20mm), but as soon as I get the chance I'm going to grab one of these.  I'll post as soon as I get one.
